The displayed £289.99 is a one-time software purchase for the release associated with your order. There is no monthly Ruby ANPR software subscription for that purchase.
Your own hosting, hardware and any separately arranged services have their own costs.
Is Parking Management really included?
Yes. The current licence includes the Parking Management, PCN evidence, permits, watchlists and analytics feature set without a separate recurring module charge.
Parking is optional and disabled by default on a fresh installation. You can use the standard ANPR portal independently.
Can I use more than one camera?
The portal supports monitoring multiple compatible Hikvision ANPR cameras. Size the server, storage and networking for the number of cameras and their event volume.

What happens after I pay?
Payment is processed through PayPal using an eligible debit/credit card or PayPal account. After payment is confirmed, your protected software download is unlocked and your purchase details are emailed to you.
Keep those details for eligible download retrieval later. Ruby ANPR is a digital software download; there is no physical delivery.
Are future software updates included?
Your purchase provides the release identified with your order. Access to future major or minor releases is not promised unless explicitly included with the purchase or separately agreed.

Can you help me install or configure it?
The download includes installation and troubleshooting documentation, and the support hub covers camera setup, HTTPS, heartbeat and direction.
Contact us with your model, firmware and the stage you need help with. Installation services, bespoke configuration and response times are subject to separate arrangements unless included with your order.
Where do my captures and vehicle data live?
Ruby ANPR is self-hosted. The application, database and capture evidence run on infrastructure you control, with configurable retention in the portal.
You manage the hosting environment, access, server maintenance and backups.
Where can I read the refund and purchase terms?
Review the refund section and software terms before checkout. Refund requests are considered in line with the published terms and applicable statutory rights.
