Ruby Systems ANPR is downloadable self-hosted software intended for use with compatible ANPR cameras and a suitable PHP/MySQL server. Hardware, hosting, networking, camera installation and bespoke configuration are not included in the software price unless separately agreed.
Payment and delivery
The price shown at checkout is charged as a one-time software purchase through PayPal. Following successful payment, the website provides access to the software release associated with the order.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that their camera model, firmware, network and server environment are suitable. The technical help pages describe known Hikvision Alarm Server requirements, including the direct HTTP ingest requirement.
Credentials and security
Customers are responsible for protecting administrator passwords, database credentials and camera API keys, deleting installers after use where instructed, and maintaining appropriate server updates and backups.
Updates
A purchase provides the release identified with that order. Access to future major or minor releases is not promised by this website unless explicitly stated with the purchase or separately agreed.
Support
Support enquiries can be submitted through the contact page. Response times and any installation services are subject to separate arrangements unless specifically included with an order.
Refunds and statutory rights
Any refund request will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
